Return Policy
We are pleased to offer a 60 day full money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, return the product for a full refund of the purchase price. Please contact us for information about how and where to send the unsatisfactory product to.

If the product arrived in good condition and was damaged while in your possession, then we will give you a 30% discount on a replacement product when the original is returned to us. For any Original Water Revitalizer, this discount is good for up to one year from purchase date.
Backorder Policy
If a product is backordered and we do not expect to be able to ship it to you within six weeks of your order we will contact you about whether you want to cancel the order (or portion thereof) and receive a refund or to wait for it.
Shipping Policies
The standard shipping and handling fee is $10 for any size order in the 48 contiguous states. The shipping and handleing fee for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada is $25 (US dollars). Please call for shipping and handling fees for Expedited orders. (For these situations, the estimated actual postage cost plus a handling fee of up to $5 will be charged.)

 

The products usually ship within two weeks after the funds clear. If a model is temporarily out of stock at our warehouse, it may take longer. We ship UPS ground unless otherwise instructed.
Damaged Goods Policy
If a product is damaged in shipment, tell the shipper and file their claim form. A replacement product will be shipped to you at no cost to you upon receipt of the damaged product with a copy of the claim form. Contact us for return authorization and shipping info.
